Service Engagement & Enrollment

Information Requirements

  • • You must provide accurate contact information when engaging our services
  • • Training program enrollments require valid identification and contact details
  • • Service agreements must include complete project requirements and specifications
  • • Any changes to contact information should be communicated promptly

When engaging our consulting services or enrolling in training programs, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. For training programs, enrollment is confirmed upon payment and submission of required documentation. Service engagements begin upon signed agreement and project scope confirmation.

All clients and students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and ethically. Violation of these responsibilities may result in termination of services or dismissal from training programs without refund.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Facein and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights and Restrictions

Payment Terms & Billing

Service Payments

  • • Consulting services: 50% advance, 50% on completion
  • • Development projects: Milestone-based payments
  • • Training programs: Full payment before course start
  • • Payment methods: Bank transfer, UPI, cash

Refund Policy

  • • Training programs: No refund after payment
  • • Consulting services: No refund after work begins
  • • Development projects: Refund based on work completed
  • • Cancellations must be in writing

Service Termination

Service agreements may be terminated by either party with appropriate notice. Training program enrollments are generally non-transferable and non-refundable after the specified period.

Termination Conditions

  • • Consulting services: 7-day written notice required
  • • Development projects: Termination at milestone completion
  • • Training programs: No termination after course commencement
  • • Outstanding payments remain due regardless of termination
  • • Confidentiality obligations survive termination
  • • Work products delivered remain with respective owners

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala, India. We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication before pursuing legal action.
